Have you ever not stepped on the scale because you are afraid of what it is going to say? That is me right now. Don't get me wrong, I'm a 'fat girl' and I'm okay with that. I mean, who doesn't enjoy a dozen cookies every so often??? What I'm not okay with is tight fat pants. :\ There aren't any more pants once I grow out of the fat pants!!! And what will I do when Thanksgiving arrives? Stop when I'm full? Not likely!!
Physical Challenge: Squats
- 2 squats per day of the month
- can be accumulated throughout the day
So on day one- 2 squats, day 10- 20 squats, day 30- 60 squats, etc. Doable. Let's keep each other motivated!!!
